When is the box office open?
The box office is open from 9 AM- 12 PM and 1 PM- 4 PM on Mondays- Fridays. There are occasional days that we may have to adjust these hours - we will try to let you know as far in advance as we can. The box office is also open an hour before a show on the day of an event.
Where is the box office located?
The box office is located upstairs to the left of the main theater doors. If the door is not open, please ring the doorbell. We would love to help you.
On the days of an event, the box office is located downstairs in the theater box office.
How many seats are in the theater?
The theater currently has 378 fixed theater seats. The balcony is still in progress.
How do we reserve a table for a Dinner and a Show?
Simply by calling our office at 931-506-ARTS (2787). Cost is $140 for a table for four people (adults or children). The all-inclusive price includes; 4 show tickets, buffet dinner from Collins River Barbeque, dessert, unlimited sweet tea, unsweet tea, water or sodas through the entire show. We currently have a limit of 8 tables per event, so call early! Table reservations are not available through TicketBiscuit at this time.
When we reserve a table, why does it have to be for 4 people?
This is something new we are trying. We think it will be successful...and if it is we will be ordering more tables and we will order tables that will seat 2 people.
What is the size of the mezzanine?
The dimensions of the mezzanine are 22 x 40.

We have a parking lot located behind the theater, as well as limited additional spots on the street close to the theater. Please visit our Parking

How much are concessions?
Can I rent the theater?

What type of insurance do I need for rentals?
The renter needs to provide a minimum liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 in coverage so as to satisfy claims, which may be made against the city for injury or damages to any third party. Also The City of McMinnville must be named as additional insured.
How much are rental deposits?
The rental deposit is $250 and half of the total rental fee. The $250 is refundable as long as no damage was made to the theater.
