The McMinnville Police Department Supportl Services Division is a specialized unit of the department that concentrates on community policing initiatives. The division is commanded by Major Michael Lane. Officers Toby Lewis and Mike Starkey are included in the support services division and are currently assigned to the McMinnville Housing Authority area.
The Support Services Division sets the pace for the department's community policing efforts and works to create an environment that allows citizens to live a more safe and productive life. The division is also responsible for managing and coordinating events occurring in McMinnville. |
Support Services has responsibilities inside the department as well, such as departmental training and maintenance and inventory of equipment. |
